The Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute (EORI) is pleased to announce that applications for the WRPTDAP are once again being received and evaluated.
The objective is to test the effectiveness of scrapers, brushes or other mechanical tools on paraffin and scale removal from within wellbores. Pre- and post-workover production and fluid levels will be used to measure tool effectiveness. Project applicants may request up to $750/well from EORI for the purchase of data sets adhering to the requirements in Section 4. There is no specified individual project limit and the program may be expanded or extended beyond the current amount, based on availability of funds.
