The 13th Plenary & Working Group Meeting will be taking place in Casper, Wyoming from June 10 – 14, 2019.
EORI director Dr. Steven M. Carpenter is a member of the ISO TC265 Group and is bringing an international group of members to Casper, Wyoming for this year's annual meeting. The meeting will cover the topic of Carbon dioxide capture, transportation, and geological storage, including CO2-EOR.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an international standard-setting body composed of representatives from various national standards organizations. The organization promotes worldwide proprietary, industrial and commercial standards.
Meeting sponsors include VISIT Casper, the US Department of Energy, ISO, the School of Energy Resources (UW), Jonah Bank, Wyoming Infrastructure Authority, Fleur de Lis Energy, Glenrock Energy, Denbury Resources, Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission, the Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute, City of Gillette, Campbell County, Powder River Energy Corporation and American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
