Kellie Cairns Vlastos

Ms. Vlastos is a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional with 20 years of experience in natural resources and energy minerals. Her areas of expertise include GIS and data visualization including web mapping applications and data sharing. She worked as the GIS Manager for the Wyoming Pipeline Authority before joining EORI in 2020.
