Nick Jones

Mr. Jones is a licensed and registered Professional Geologist for the State of Wyoming (PG# 3580). Over his 25-year career, Nick has worked as a geologist in the public sector for the U.S. Geological Survey, Wyoming State Geological Survey and Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute. Nick has also worked as a private consultant and as a Class VI permit writer for carbon dioxide sequestration projects in the Rockies, Midcontinent and Gulf Coast. His diverse experience includes project management, natural resource assessment, reservoir characterization and modeling, regulatory and permitting, and GIS and database management. Throughout his career, Nick has authored numerous technical papers, presented at national conferences, and has led the work on two Chemical EOR field-pilot tests.
